Batter in 2 minutes ❗ Super soft, buttery bread

A recipe for bread and butter:
Today we are making a very soft and delicious bread.
Make sure you read it through to the end - you will love it!

Warm milk 210 ml.
Add 3 g of active dry yeast (1 teaspoon).
Add 25 g (2 tablespoons) of white sugar.
Mix well.

Flour 300 g (2 cups).
3 g (1/2 teaspoon) salt.
Mix well.
Add 28 g (2 tablespoons) of warm unsalted butter.
Stir the butter into the batter.
Shape the dough with your hands.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Shape the dough.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
Cover and let stand in the heat for 10 minutes.

Divide each piece of dough into 6 portions (depending on the size of your shape).
Roll the dough into balls.
Put 3 balls in each shape.
Cover and let sit in the heat for another 10 minutes.
Brush the top with milk.
Bake at 356 F / 180 C for 15 minutes.
Brush the finished bread with butter.
Let them cool on a wire rack.
