Delicious Healthy Homemade Parfaits

-- INGEDIENTS --

-Blueberries/Strawberries or Berries of Choice(raspberries, blackberries, etc)
-Chopped Walnut & Macadamia Nuts or Nuts of Choice(unsalted)
-Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
-Raw Unfiltered Honey
-Ground Cinnamon
-Half Pint Mason Jars

-- RECIPE --

For one half pint jar, add a scoop of yogurt. Add the berries. Add the nuts. Sprinkle cinnamon. Drizzle honey. Repeat this layering process once more in the same jar. Make as many jars as you see fit. Enjoy!

BONUS: Blend some of the berries with a little bit of water to create a berry drizzle and/or add vanilla extract!
