Resurrection...death brought forth life. Jesus is the only person who has ever died......rose again from the dead......and lives forever more. Slain from the foundation of the world, the God/Man came to earth at the appointed time ordained by His Father. Jesus was "despised and rejected by men....a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief". He came to die for every single human who has ever lived. Came to die for the impossible debt of sin that none of us could ever pay. "Living He loved me--Dying He saved me---Buried He carried carried my sins far away--Rising He justified, freely forever---One day He's coming, oh glorious day"
