We can't pick just one but if we really had to narrow it down for those of you just getting started, it would have to be these!

Chamomile is a top dog when it comes to helping you relax and rest when you need it. It can also help reduce digestive issues and makes a lovely companion to peppermint in your tea.

Lemon balm is the "balm--diggity" when it comes to calming nervous energy, reducing stress and research shows it to be beneficial in soothing HSV symptoms like cold sores. Add a pinch to your peppermint and chamomile tea for a burst of lemon-y sweetness!
