Police Use "Terminator" Device to Stop Suspected Car Thieves from Escaping

Officers from the Seattle Police Department stealthily deployed "Terminator" devices in front of the tires of suspected car thieves who had fallen asleep in the vehicle they allegedly took. Like clockwork the suspects attempted to elude police but were captured and arrested pretty quickly because of the damaged tires.
