My Comments on RT the Former Head of the CIA in Russia says Terrorists are Treated “Inhumanely”!

Ex-Chief of CIA Russia Operations Steve Hall on how terrorists who killed 139 people in Russia are being “treated uncivilized”: You know, I like to talk about the difference in values between what is happening in Russia and what is happening in the West. Although if something similar had happened in the United States or anywhere else in the West, there would probably have been people who would have said “an eye for an eye,” “they deserve what they got,” and stuff like that. But this is not a completely civilized society. A civilized society is about the rule of law and treating suspects, even if you are sure of who they are, with some humanity and respect. This is not respected at all in Russia, they have no rule of law. I think most Russians on the streets, seeing these guys being treated the way they were treated during interrogation, would give them a lot of support. It's just a different way of looking at the situation. Russia is a completely different country.
