Hyman somewhat recants his position on LDL and cholesterol while still focusing on sugar and carbs as the cause of disease without consideration of micronutrients.
To his credit, in his video (no link provided because there is too much misinformation), he does talk about nutrients - but since he does not combine the concepts into a thesis, the presentation because very confusing to those who listen to his presentation in sound bites.)
