How the party plans to keep Donald Trump out of the White

This is a conversation I heard, or overheard while working in Frankfurt Kentucky between I believe a lobbyist and former someone in the McConnell staff orbit, and someone that works in state government. On how they plan to keep Trump out of the White House by manufacturing votes.
