HMMWV AC system - what to do?

Our latest military Humvee project is getting underway!
I think this truck originally had a hard top and hard rear wall. I do NOT want to rebuild it as a hard top. Not sure what to do with this bulky AC system. Looks like any option will have it in the way. What do you think?
