Panagia Mosna festive events with Donkeys Agia Paraskevi Lesvos 2023!!!

In this video we will watch the festive events of Panagia Monsa with the Donkeys that took place in Agia Paraskevi Lesvos in the afternoon on 22/08/2023.

The celebration takes place every year with a two-day festival on August 22 and 23. This is a tradition that has been maintained since 1930.

The donkeys are dressed in ornaments and carried the faithful in the old days from the village to the chapel of Panagia on the mountain of Mosna.

In this celebration the donkeys go around the village as a revival of the traditional way of transportation.
