A Man is Infected With a Spiritual Parasite, and Must Seek The Forest Spirit to Save Him

When a man is infected by an angry spiritual parasite, he must seek out the forest spirit to see if it can cleanse him. Along the way, he ends up meeting someone he doesn't expect. This is one of the greatest anime's ever created, and one of the many masterpieces created by Studio Ghibli, responsible for pioneering many other similar works.
