Cursed MAD Modded Schindler 300A Hydraulic Elevators - Two Morrocroft Center (Charlotte, NC)

Okay, wtf is this? These were quite literally modded a month before this was filmed. It recieved a MAD mod, but not a full mod as it is still on the same machinery and controller, with the Westy Chime in tact, too. What and why is this mod? Could run better, too. I'm not sure if Schindler or a 3rd Party did this mod.
