Rep. Jordan insists warrant requirement be included in FISA reform bill

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) says legislation to reform Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) must require intelligence agencies to obtain a warrant for all U.S. person searches. “Let’s hope that that gets in the final legislation. That’s what we’re pushing for and if that gets in I think it’s a reform worth voting for,” says Rep. Jordan.
