Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton says his organization has filed a Georgia Open Records Act lawsuit against the University of Georgia Police Department for the initial arrest report of illegal immigrant Jose Antonio Ibarra and any 911 call about nursing student Laken Riley. “The fact that we’re not getting the documents tells us that they’ve got political sensitivities. As opposed to following the rule of law, they’re hiding it to protect who-knows-who in Georgia or in the Biden administration,” says Fitton.
