Forsaken Spirit Totem On Ultimate Difficulty

Here is a clip from my twitch.tv stream where I am doing a Forsaken Spirit Totem and cannot complete it because of the monster heals. I do not have the DPS. I tried, but couldn't. Furthermore, I was in Ultimate Difficulty on Twin, my soft core Retaliation build. This build mirrors my Hardcore series Commando and is used to see what content I should do in Hardcore.
