HardGainer Winter Bulk Day 33 - Back, Biceps & Forearms

this is day 33 of the hardgainer winter bulk and today we got a Back, Bicep and Forearm Workout (Pull) This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently bulking and weigh around 159lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2700 calories. I try to get around 250-500 calories above that everyday to add 1-2lb a month.
