Elon Musk Defeated by Hate Speech Watchdog in US Court

Elon Musk has lost a case against a nonprofit organisation that accused of him allowing a rise in hate speech on X, formerly Twitter. A US judge voted in favour of the watchdog that tracks online hate speech. In the ruling, the judge stated that it was evident that Musk sued the non-profit organisation because he did not like what they were claiming. He further added that the organisation's research would hurt the social media platform's image.
