Russian forces launched a major missile and drone strike targeting critical energy infrastructure in Ukraine's west and south. Russian missiles also pounded the Ukrainian capital city Kyiv. Ukraine says the latest attack is Russia's biggest on its power grid since the war began, leaving close to a million people without power supply.
