Car Thief Suspected of Stealing Ambulance and Cohort Try Desperately to Escape from Police

37-year-old Gregory Mcgall, who was wanted for car theft and for suspected carjacking of an ambulance, and his cohort 42-year-old Jerry Skidmore both made a failed attempt to flee police custody as officers worked to cut off every exit point for the duo on Monday in the Tampa area of Florida.
