Basem Naim, a member of the group's political bureau, has welcomed the UN Security Council resolution as "significant and important", but he says it's important now to see how the international community works to compel Israel to implement it.

Naim also said Israel's talk of captives does not include the more than 7,000 Palestinians being detained by Israel.
