Cut by direct energy weapon again in two different places. @ 9:26-9:27am Richard Alex Hernandez admitted to me that he did it with Direct Energy Weapons. Excessive force with lethal Weapons, harassment, infringing on my 4th amendment right, holding me hostage across state lines for going on 6 plus years or more. Torturing and tormenting non stop.
