PUTIN ADDRESSES WHO'S BEHIND THE ATTACK

In video addressing the attack, Putin questions who's behind the attack. “Who is to benefit? This crime can only be a link, in a chain of attempts, by those who are at war with our country since 2014”. This is the US. Ukraine. The West. The Obama State Dept (CIA), who overthrew Ukraine (Nuland). The CIA, that has funded ISIS since. The deep state, that needs war to keep its power.
Furthermore, Putin suggests Ukraine's involvement.
“All the four perpetrators who were gunning people down, were found and apprehended.
“They were moving towards the border with Ukraine, and we have data that suggests help by those in Ukraine.
Our military services, our emergency services, our investigators are working on finding out the orchestrators of this attack. Those who gave them weapons."
