Russian teens receive messages from accounts offering them money for terrorism

One of the suspects in the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack said he was recruited by a religious teacher who had contacted him via a messaging app. Meanwhile, Russia’s Internet Safety League has warned of criminals targeting teenagers online, offering them money to become terrorists.
