Desde Latinoamérica expresan condolencias al pueblo ruso tras el atentado en Moscú

Varias personas acuden a la Embajada de Rusia en Cuba para firmar en un libro de condolencias en memoria de las víctimas. Se espera que el presidente Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez también firme el libro para expresar su solidaridad y apoyo al pueblo ruso.
Por su parte, representantes del Gobierno de Nicaragua también escribieron palabras de solidaridad en recuerdo de los fallecidos en un libro similar dispuesto en la sede diplomática rusa del país centroamericano. Asimismo, fue entregada una ofrenda floral para expresar sus condolencias al pueblo ruso.
