Chicago Police Have A Hell Of A Time Stopping Woman In Her Car Who Shoplifted

Cicero Police tried to apprehend a female suspect who resisted and attempted to flee by car, causing the officers to flatten the tires. Allegedly it was over some Monaco’s which may have been shoplifted.
