NotSOFunFact: Just weeks prior to this BuskMan Report, a child died in his school bus due to an ILLEGAL HAITIAN driving ILLEGALLY and causing the child's bus driver to lose control of the bus full of children, causing the school bus to crash.
The tragedy occurred just MINUTES from where this very "PSA" Billboard is actually located. The "PSA BILLBOARD" existed in its current placement location...PRIOR...to the child death tragedy.
