Skyrim 100-Day Challenge. Survival mode

Welcome to my Skyrim 100-day challenge. I have seen a couple of YouTubers attempt this and wanted to give it a try myself. The rules are pretty simple: survive 100 days on legendary difficulty and in survival mode. If I die, I have to restart. No cheats, mods that effect gameplay, or exploits. We are also playing with a random character I have chosen. This includes race, class, and star sign.
