Ingredients:
-8oz sausage.
-1 cup uncooked shrimp diced.
-2 cups shredded cabbage.
-1 cup shredded carrots.
-1/2 cup sliced onion.
-1/2 cup bean sprouts.
-1 tbsp mined garlic.
-1 tbsp olive oil.
-1 tbsp soy sauce.
-1/2 tbsp sesame oil.
-1 tsp hot sauce.
Prep:
-Start with frying the sausage, cook thoroughly.
-Sauté the onions and carrots in olive oil.
-Add the garlic and shrimp. Cook the shrimp through.
-Add the sprouts and cabbage.
-Pour on the soy sauce, sesame oil and hot sauce.
-Mix all ingredients together and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
-Serve and enjoy!
