ISIS has vowed to attack with another massacre in retaliation for the videos and images circulating online of alleged ISIS fighters being tortured by Russian security forces.

Meanwhile Russian media executive Margarita Simonyan says: “It was not ISIS, but the West themselves", who committed the terrorist attack in Moscow…"The individuals behind this operation were purposefully selected to be passed off as members of ISIS.”
