if you don't know how to frame an argument in court you can loose and go to jail just as Al capone and a few select others, but just understand this, Codes and Titles are not laws and one must stick to law to win in any court room. If tax on your personal income were lawful then why not just use the 16th amendment to solve these cases? Its because the 16th Amendment is not as it reads.
