Did anyone see that the Brandenburg Gate was painted in the colors of the Russian flag?

Did anyone see that the Brandenburg Gate was painted in the colors of the Russian flag? Maybe I didn't search well. Or perhaps Germany sympathizes with the victims of terrorist attacks everywhere except Russia.
