Kyiv mayor: Russian missile destroyed education facility

A wing of a three-storey building in Kyiv was reduced to rubble in a Russian missile attack on Monday morning (March 25) that officials said wounded at least seven people and saw debris fall in three other parts of the city. Kyiv's mayor Vitali Klitschko said it was "pure luck" that no one died.
