Dr. Dorothee J.M. Burkhard lost her long-time friend and companion Ruth on September 1, 2023, after they emigrated together from Germany to Paraguay, South America, less than 2 years ago. The Lord mentored Dorothee to get out of grief and sorrow, and to gain new strength, and clarity about her destiny within 40 days. She was so impressed that she felt to write this journey down as a testimony of God’s goodness, and to help those who experience a similar situation.

Dorothee is author, speaker and coach. She served for several years in a local church in Germany with preaching and teaching, and she has seen many healing miracles. Dorothee has a calling on her life to help build and mature the body of Christ, to establish the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth with the uncompromised Word of God, and with her best friend, the Holy Spirit. Dorothee’s background is in academia: researching and teaching earth and materials sciences for 20 years.
