This is a quick and easy jerky recipe. Can be done with meat strips or ground. Not only meat that you grind yourself. You can also use your oven instead of a dehydrator. If you use ground beef add a small amount of cold water until the burger loosens up to go through a jerky gun. The grinder is a 1.5 hp grinder that I use to make my sausage, hotdogs, bratwursts, breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, and snack sticks.
