In 2021, Joel C. Garcia founded Marketplace Mastery Global Training Center in the Las Vegas community, establishing it as a dedicated marketplace ministry school for business leaders. Over the past 30 years, Joel served as a co-pastor in a large church ministry, overseeing various operational facets and ministries, including a successful church plant. His experience also extends to being a top manager and sales producer in multiple financial businesses, including his consulting firm and staffing agency. This dual background as a ministry and marketplace leader equips Joel with unique skills, abilities, and wisdom to coach Christian entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and managers for success in their God-given spheres.

In 2009, Joel earned a Master's degree from Regent University in Organizational Leadership with a focus on coaching and mentoring, leading him to author a dozen books covering faith-based leadership, spiritual influence, and prophetic leadership topics.
