Flower tributes pile up outside Russia concert hall

People continued to lay floral tributes and toys at a concert venue west of Moscow, site of the deadliest attack inside Russia for two decades on Monday (March 25) as Russia challenged assertions by the U.S. that the Islamic State militant group orchestrated a gun attack that killed 137 people and injured 182 more, accusing Washington of covering for Ukraine.
