There is no end to Russian missile attacks on Ukraine energy facilities as Moscow's forces struck gas and power plants in the war-torn country. President Volodymyr Zelensky said that thousands of people in Kharkiv are without reliable power as he decried Russian attacks. Meanwhile, Russia said that it downed eleven drones fired from Ukraine over Rostov. A power plant was reportedly hit by Ukraine in the border region of Rostov. Watch the video for more.
