Jack Murphy asks legendary street fighter Jim West about his technique for getting out of a headlock during a fight. Jim states that one of the most important things to get out of a headlock is getting a good base behind the attacker. Once you have a good solid base, you can incorporate punching and biting, then ultimately throwing him over your knee.
