Chicken Achari is a flavorful dish with a tangy twist. Here's a simple recipe:

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons achari masala (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
4. Stir in yogurt and achari masala. Cook for a few minutes until the oil starts to separate.
5. Add chicken pieces and mix well to coat them with the masala.
6. Cover and cook on low heat until the chicken is tender and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
