J6 followup - The Even Curiouser Case of Cameras

When I was making my previous video about the footage around the DNC on January 6th, and also the FBI released footage of the pipe bomb suspect on the night of January 5th, I noticed something about the suspect when he stopped in a neighborhood and set down his backpack. It was something about the way he was moving around, seeming lost or looking for something. I had almost finished the video, on my last watch through before uploading, when it bothered me so much that I had to add in a clip pointing it out.
I did some “investigation” of my own to find what was so interesting, what made him stop on that block…and the rest just snowballed from there. Hope you find it interesting.
