HardGainer Winter Bulk Day 23 - Back & Biceps

this is day 23 of the hardgainer winter bulk and today we got a Back and Biceps workout. This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently bulking and weigh around 158lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2700 calories. I try to get around 250-500 calories above that everyday to add 0.5-1lb a week.
