Ingredients:

-Baisan (Gram flour) s 3 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp tbs or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 12/ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) 1/4 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken boneless 250 grams (cut into thin slices)
-Lemon juice 2 -3 tbsp
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 400 grams
-Corn flour 4 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

-Cut the chicken into cubes and set aside.
-In a bowl, add gram flour, red chili powder, coriander powder ,turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, yellow food color, cumin powder and mix well.
-Add chicken and mix well.
-Add lemon juice, mix well and marinate for 15 -20 minutes.
-Slice potatoes with the help of knife and cut into thin julienne.
-In a bowl, add potatoes ,cornflour, red chili powder, all-purpose flour, black pepper powder ,salt ,garlic powder and mix well.
-On your palm ,add potato mixture, place chicken marinated cube and cover with potato mixture.
-In a wok, heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.
-Your lacha chicken pakora is ready serve with tomato ketchup or mint raita
