Hey Fabricators,
In this video I finally get to make the fiberglass front end for Wratchet. It was a long process, but I love the finished product.
Here are links to most of the products I used to make this.

Epoxy Resin - https://fiberglasssupplydepot.com/Fasco-103-LVX-Epoxy-Resin-System.html
(I use this because it doesn't stink and doesn't dissolve foam)

Partall paste (Wax) - https://amzn.to/3wfGXqr

PVA - https://amzn.to/3LUMNo7

Polyester Resin https://fiberglasssupplydepot.com/Premium-Polyester-Resin.html
(This bonds great with gelcoat and is easy to use, but it stinks)

White Gelcoat https://fiberglasssupplydepot.com/GELCOAT-WHITE-NO-WAX.html
(This is polyester, works best with poly resin)

Fiberglass cloth 6oz - https://www.plasticareinc.com/fiberglass-cloth-6oz-style-3733-priced-per-yard.html
(I use 6oz anytime I use cloth. It's easy to use and takes shapes well)

Fiberglass mat 2oz (very thick) - https://www.plasticareinc.com/fiberglass-mat-2-oz-50-l-yd.html
(This is good for building up thickess, this is almost 1/8" thick)

Vinyl transfer tape - https://amzn.to/3w5uOUY

Contact cement - https://amzn.to/3FoSGHC

Foam Board 1.5" - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Owens-Corning-FOAMULAR-NGX-F-150-1-5-in-x-4-ft-x-8-ft-SSE-R-7-5-XPS-Rigid-Foam-Board-Insulation-88WDNGX/315197857
(I used the 1/2" thick board, poly resin will dissolve this)

RAM board - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ram-Board-042-in-x-38-in-x-50-ft-Temporary-Floor-Protection-Board-5008195/202829135
(This is the cardboard I used)

Drywall Mud (pink) - https://www.homedepot.com/p/DAP-DryDex-32-oz-Premium-Lightweight-Low-Dust-Joint-Compound-12385/302976074
(This is thicker and harder to apply, but it won't shrink)

Drywall Mud (white) - https://www.homedepot.com/p/DAP-Patch-N-Paint-32-oz-Premium-Grade-Lightweight-Spackling-01611/100094504
(Thin and easy to apply, but it shrinks and cracks easily)

Urethane sealer - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Varathane-1-qt-Clear-Gloss-Oil-Based-Exterior-Spar-Urethane-9241H/100209410
(I used this to seal the drywall mud from the resin)
