INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 550 gm
Lemon - 1/2
Turmeric pdr - 1/2 tspn
Curd - 2 tblspn
Salt - 1 tspn

Coriander seeds - 1 tspn
Black peppercorns - 1 tspn
Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tspn
Red chillies - 2

Roast and grind spices
Also add little tamarind
Paste of 7 kashmiri red chillies
Soaked in water for 10 mints
Grind

Ghee - 3 tblspn
Onion - 1 big
Chopped
Garlic - 1 tspn
Ginger - 1 tspn
Green chilli - 1
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
