Banning "Zombie" Guns - A New "Loophole" for Gun Control

We have all heard of ghost guns and how the government has tried to use the power of the ATF to stop them through their rule-making authority, but that's not scary enough to get the gun control agenda through Congress.

A few Representatives came together to push for a ban on "zombie guns" which are not guns used against zombies but rather guns that are built from parts kits that came from destroyed firearms.

Turns out, those buybacks will often have the frames and receivers destroyed, but they will resell the parts for a profit. The gun control lobby such as March for our lives and Everytown are not too happy about that and feel like fools (they are).

The legislation proposes that every part be destroyed, which is an option they could just pay for without legislative coercion. It's a bunch of nonsense and since the parts are not regulated, there is no evidence of these ever being used in a crime.
