A recent terrorist attack has taken place in the heartland of Russia at a theater in Moscow claiming the lives of at least 60 people. The group responsible is not yet identified although ISIS has claimed responsibility online through their news outlet. Most of the perpetrators have been caught. More information is yet to be revealed. The death toll as of the time of the posting of this video is at least 133 people at the time of the most recent reporting.
