The last day, 12/31/23, is 123123, part 11.
Passover/Pesach is the first festival Israel celebrates, but the second most important festival that Israel observes. The most important one is Atonement/Yom Kippur, which is the sixth festival celebrated.
Passover, Pesach in Hebrew, commemorates the history of the Israelites’ departure from Egypt. Its history appears in the Old Covenant Writings, in the books of Exodus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy.
Jews worldwide observe the weeklong festival with a number of important practices, including the traditional Passover/Pesach meal known as the Seder, where its practice is seen in Exodus 12.
The word seder actually refers to the order of the meal. The order of the meal is detailed in Exodus 12 and must be practiced according to Scripture, which is read aloud while the meal is celebrated.
We are celebrating the Passover/Pesach according to the Creation Calendar on torahcalendar.com. It begins on the Sabbath, March 22, and ends on Monday, March 25, 2024.
