Yorkshire Terrier Begs For Cucumber Then Attacks It

We have been trying to give our dogs vegetables for years, and they will eat almost anything. However, for some reason every dog we have ever owned has never enjoyed green vegetables. So, we were quite surprised to see this Yorkshire Terrier begging for a cucumber and then tearing it to shreds. Of course, he did spend quite a bit of time being confused by it. His owner, with nicely painted nails, places the cucumber on the ground outside after he barked for it. He then spends a while attacking the cucumber but only taking tentative bites. Before long he does dig in.
