Beef tail with vegetables tastes better than meat!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

1.5 kg beef tail.
Cut into several pieces.
Fill with water and bring to the boil.
After the water boils, drain the water.
Pour in clean water and cook over low heat for 3 hours.
After 2 hours add 1 onion.
1 tablespoon salt.
Black peppercorns.
2 bay leaves.
Cover and continue to cook over low heat for another 1 hour.
2 potatoes.
1 carrot.
1 red pepper.
1 zucchini.
1 spoonful of salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon oregano.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
3 hours later.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Add vegetables.
4 cloves of garlic.
2-3 tomatoes.
Rosemary sprigs.
Thyme sprigs.
Cover with damp parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes.
4-5 cucumbers.
1/2 red onion.
Chop some dill.
Basil leaves.
2 tablespoons sour cream.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
1 clove of garlic.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Mix well.
Everything is ready.
