This way of preparing beef tail is very popular in my family. This is a famous recipe. What is prepared in five-star hotels. I got it from an Asian friend and I liked it so much I had to try it. They are so delicious that I cook them almost every 3 days. It's just a bomb! Following this recipe, everyone can cook delicious and simple meat. Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1.2 kg beef tail.
Cut into medium pieces.
60 ml sunflower oil.
Fry the beef tails over medium-high heat until golden brown on all sides.
Cut 4 onions.
Fry the onion over medium heat until soft.
1 carrot.
1 sweet yellow pepper.
Fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.
2 tomatoes.
Cut 1 chili pepper.
Fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.
2 tablespoons tomato paste.
Salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon coriander.
1 teaspoon zira.
Mix well.
500ml of water.
Lay out the beef tails.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 hours.
3 zucchini.
Put in a plastic bag.
1 onion.
Cut a bunch of dill.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
1/3 teaspoon pepper.
1/3 teaspoon paprika.
2 teaspoons grain mustard.
Chop 2 cloves of garlic.
Add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Tie tightly with a plastic bag.
Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut fresh spring onions.
Everything is ready.
Can be served at the table.
Divinely delicious meat just melts in your mouth.
